Bróccín MacIvyr- Seadog, Crown Province of Østgarðr

Red sky at morning, sailors take warning.

We Viceregents Angelica and Sofya of the Crown Province of Østgarðr have heard that adage of old, and take it to heart.

They know that the time comes to tack, that is to turn, to know how to return to the course and yet see the advance that has been made: 

It is done the same way as the advance as seen in  systemically accurate reported information, records immaculately kept and multiplicitous sources cited.
Thus Bróccín MacIvyr has stepped onto this deck and guided the Canton of Midland Vale.
On this, the first Wednesday of August the Via Lactea spills across the sky We award unto Bróccín the Order of the Seadog. For They have learned he brings smooth sailing in his wake:
